As Hiraş Halkla İlişkiler Reklam Ajansı Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Company” or “Hiraş”), pursuant to Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), we hereby inform you about the processing of personal data of our customers, prospective customers, persons who contact us via the website, and data subjects reaching us through telephone or call centre channels.

2. Personal Data Processed

Depending on the nature of the relationship you establish with our Company, the following personal data may be processed: name and surname, telephone number, email address, address information, company/title information, request and complaint information, interest and application information regarding products or services, content of forms and messages submitted through the website, transaction security data, IP and log records, legal action information, and records that may be necessary in terms of dispute management.

Information you communicate during telephone and call centre processes may also be processed. Where call recording is implemented in the Company’s call centre or telephone infrastructure, voice recording data may be processed for the purposes of monitoring service quality, managing requests and complaints, ensuring transaction security, and, where necessary, conducting legal evidentiary processes. In this case, the data subject is separately notified by voice at the start of the call.

The Company makes it a principle not to collect unnecessary data. Therefore, only the data necessary for fulfilling your request, managing customer communication, providing product information, and conducting the relevant processes is processed.

3. Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes: conducting customer relationships, providing information about products and services, managing request and complaint processes, conducting telephone and call centre support processes, evaluating applications submitted via the website, sustaining pre- and post-sales communication activities, providing guidance and support processes, ensuring information security, ensuring transaction security, fulfilling legal obligations, and conducting evidentiary and dispute management processes.

Within the framework of the Company’s business model, data processing activities may arise in connection with information requests related to the products sold, product guidance, customer support, pre-sales communication, post-sales guidance, and operational customer relations. Each data processing activity is conducted in a manner that is connected with, limited to, and proportionate to the specific purpose.

Where call centre call recording is implemented, voice recordings are processed only for the stated purposes and in accordance with the relevant legislation and the Company’s internal retention/disposal processes.

4. To Whom and For What Purpose Your Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your personal data may, to the extent permitted by legislation and as necessary, be transferred to suppliers providing IT infrastructure services, website and hosting service providers, telephone and call centre infrastructure providers, persons and organisations from whom legal, audit, accounting, and consultancy services are obtained, technical support or operational solution partners, and, where necessary, relevant solution partners involved in product, support, or guidance processes, legally authorised public institutions and organisations, courts, enforcement offices, notaries, and other authorised bodies.

Where a structure exists in which call centre voice recordings are kept, such recordings are also processed only in connection with the above purposes and under the necessary technical/administrative security measures, and in the event of a need for transfer they are again evaluated within the framework of legal basis and necessity criteria.

The Company does not share customer data indiscriminately. Data transfer is in every case evaluated according to the specific transaction, legal basis, and necessity criterion.

5. Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection

Your personal data may be collected through contact and application forms on the website, e-mail, telephone calls, call centre contacts, physical applications, oral communication, electronic correspondence, log and transaction security records, and cookies.

Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds:

  • direct relevance to the conclusion or performance of a contract,
  • fulfilment of the data controller’s legal obligation,
  • necessity for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,
  • necessity for processing for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that this does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

Where a transaction requiring explicit consent is involved, this matter is requested separately and explicitly. Information notice and explicit consent processes are separate.

6. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to our Company you have the right: to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if so; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for the intended purpose; to know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred; to request rectification if processed incompletely or incorrectly; to request deletion or destruction; to request that the actions taken be notified to third parties; to object to a result arising against you due to analysis by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing.
